Since designer furniture sales are carried out across the country, you can only view the items on offer online. However, our experienced team is more than capable of verifying the quality of every piece of furniture advertised.
Items will be as you see them online but sometimes the colour and material may change, so be sure to carefully read all product description which indicates available colour/pattern/material selection.
Please also note that due to the nature of devices and computer screens, there may be variances in colours and tones in the item when it arrives. But we always do our best to provide as much detail upfront as possible.

Yes. You have to be available to sign for your purchase and verify that everything is in order before accepting the delivery.

Yes. We are in the process of rolling out our services to other countries. PopUpDesign will be offered to Australia in the first instance but other countries throughout 2021 and beyond. Contact us today to bring PopUpDesign to your city.
You can keep your furniture looking its best for many generations to come by taking good care of it, avoiding environmental damage, cleaning it regularly, treating wear and tear as they occur, reoiling/rewaxing dry wood as needed. Read more about caring for your furniture.
No. PopUpDesign lists only the best quality designer furniture sourced directly from the manufacturer. Every ex display furniture piece is accompanied by original packaging and assembly manuals if applicable. All furniture on PopUpDesign is either ex display or warehouse stock, so can be privy to some minor blemishes, marks or defects. If any, you’ll notice this is mentioned in the description of each item and it’s worth carefully considering each purchase.
However, our special showcase of Collectables features Iconic Furniture direct from the designers. Some of these items might be second hand or used furniture but this will always be indicated in the product’s description.
We do have a return policy if an item is faulty or you receive the wrong item. No refunds are issued for change of mind or mistaken purchase unless you contact us immediately (within 48 hours of purchase). Discover more details on returns and refunds
PopUpDesign promotes exclusive warehouse and display stock sales from top furniture, bathroom, lighting and outdoor brands in the country. They come to us when there’s stock to clear hence the cheap(er) price.
No. You can only place an order for items listed as available on PopUpDesign.
Due to the nature of the stock, once an item is sold out or no longer available at that time, we are unable to restock it. We recommend that if you love something, you purchase it when you see it to avoid disappointment.

Ready to ship items are the ones that will be shipped from Italy/Europe the 30th of each month and it will be ready for collection or delivered approx. 90 days after.
Ready to collect items are the ones available in Australia and local pick up or delivery is available 7-10 days after your purchase.
Ex display furniture pieces are not second hand, as they haven’t been used in anyone’s home except in display homes, shops, or photoshoots. However, since they are not “out of the box” new, some items may have minor marks or scuffs on them.
Warehouse furniture comes from, well, warehouses. They are brand new and still in their original box.
Our Office and Warehouse are in Perth Wa, where we live and run our sister company Elementi Concept.
Once the orders get shipped from Europe we receive them in our Perth warehouse where we check and record them, we then send them all over Australia.
