Where is PopUpDesign located?

Our Office and Warehouse are in Perth Wa, where we live and run our sister company Elementi Concept.

Once the orders get shipped from Europe we receive them in our Perth warehouse where we check and record them, we then send them all over Australia.

What does “Ex-display Item” mean

Ex display furniture pieces are not second hand, as they haven’t been used in anyone’s home except in display homes, shops, or photoshoots. However, since they are not “out of the box” new, some items may have minor marks or scuffs on them.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Local pick up or delivery is available approximately 90 – 120* days after the 30th of each month. You will be notified by email or phone.

*You may be aware many businesses are experiencing supply chain challenges as a result of the current Global Shipping Crisis.  This is creating more variability around order delivery dates.

Unfortunately, some matters are out of our hands, but please know we work very closely with our valued network of suppliers monitoring shipments to ensure we can best expedite delivery to our clients. 

Regional deliveries may also expect an addition to the stated estimated delivery date on an order of up to 2 weeks, dependent upon location.

Pick Up: please bring your receipt of purchase and order number to claim your item. 

Delivery: you need to check your delivery and sign.

Is this furniture second hand? 

No. PopUpDesign lists only the best quality designer furniture sourced directly from the manufacturer. Every ex display furniture  piece is accompanied by original packaging and assembly manuals if applicable. All furniture on PopUpDesign is either ex display or warehouse stock, so can be privy to some minor blemishes, marks or defects. If any, you’ll notice this is mentioned in the description of each item and it’s worth carefully considering each purchase.

However, our special showcase of Collectables features Iconic Furniture direct from the designers. Some of these items might be second hand or used furniture but this will always be indicated in the product’s description.

Do you deliver internationally? 

Unfortunately, we only offer our services across Australia for now. 

However, we encourage you to reach out to us via email and we may be able to arrange international delivery for you for an additional fee.

Does the item look like it does on the website? 

Items will be as you see them online but sometimes the colour and material may change, so be sure to carefully read all product description which indicates available colour/pattern/material selection.

Please also note that due to the nature of devices and computer screens, there may be variances in colours and tones in the item when it arrives. But we always do our best to provide as much detail upfront as possible.
