Is this furniture second hand?
No. PopUpDesign lists only the best quality designer furniture sourced directly from the manufacturer. Every ex display furniture piece is accompanied by original packaging and assembly manuals if applicable. All furniture on PopUpDesign is either ex display or warehouse stock, so can be privy to some minor blemishes, marks or defects. If any, you’ll notice this is mentioned in the description of each item and it’s worth carefully considering each purchase.
However, our special showcase of Collectables features Iconic Furniture direct from the designers. Some of these items might be second hand or used furniture but this will always be indicated in the product’s description.
What is the best way to care for my furniture?
You can keep your furniture looking its best for many generations to come by taking good care of it, avoiding environmental damage, cleaning it regularly, treating wear and tear as they occur, reoiling/rewaxing dry wood as needed. Read more about caring for your furniture.
Will you come to other countries?
Yes. We are in the process of rolling out our services to other countries. PopUpDesign will be offered to Australia in the first instance but other countries throughout 2021 and beyond. Contact us today to bring PopUpDesign to your city.
Do you deliver internationally?
Unfortunately, we only offer our services across Australia for now.
However, we encourage you to reach out to us via email and we may be able to arrange international delivery for you for an additional fee.
How do I get the furniture items?
Purchase online and you will be notified when you can collect directly from our warehouse.
Pick up or delivery is available approximately 90 days after the 30th of each month. You will be notified by email or phone.
Pick up: please bring your receipt of purchase and order number to claim your item.
Delivery: You have to be available to sign for your purchase and verify that everything is in order before accepting the delivery.
Do I need to be home for the delivery?
For added convenience, we offer local pickup and delivery.

Does the item look like it does on the website?
Items will be as you see them online but sometimes the colour and material may change, so be sure to carefully read all product description which indicates available colour/pattern/material selection.
Please also note that due to the nature of devices and computer screens, there may be variances in colours and tones in the item when it arrives. But we always do our best to provide as much detail upfront as possible.
Can I view the furniture before purchasing it?
Since designer furniture sales are carried out across the country, you can only view the items on offer online. However, our experienced team is more than capable of verifying the quality of every piece of furniture advertised.
How often does the clearance occur?
Online Clearance Event is open 24/7.
We also run Flash Sales, approximately once a month, they are open to Vips Members first before they open to the general public.
